Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in California
Where in my area can I go to get a written appeal on a denial for an criminal incident that happen once, and only one record exemption????? I need the exemption in order to get work I'm unemployed and have had the criminal record Expunged but I'm being denied seeking an exemption. WHO, WHAT, WHEN,WHERE can I get free HELP????

What sort of "denial" are you talking about? What were you seeking an exemption from? Who denied it? What sort of "criminal incident" do you have on your record?
