Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in California
Bank Levy
My checking and savings account was cleaned out by a legal levy for a visa card from 1991. How do I get my money back and clear this up. The plaintiff's lawyer wants $6000.00 of the $9000.00 balance today to release the levy. I do not have that kind of money and now I am broke.
