Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in California
I becames friends with one of my classmate let him borrow money added him to my cell phone account and now he wont pay me back or answer my calls even though i am still the one paying for the phone bill he also has a car that belongs to me I want to know how can i get him to pay me and if i can report him to the police
