Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in California

About My BMW

Be advised I was taken into police custody on 04-03-04 because my wife who is an expert in Judo, told the policemen that I pushed her. Respectively I became depressed and had to quit my job with a printing company as the driver. My unemployment was denied because I told them I had to quit working du to incarceration. The fact of the matter is my wife pushed me and prior to the incident she was told by the policemen on an earlier visit from the police that if she just mentions that I did something I could be arrested. Now I don't trust my wife! Is is possible I can sue for unlawful detention and seek unemployment benefits as I am disabled since 1974 for emotional trauma?

About My BMW

Howdy:

I agree with the divorcing the wife part, but I suspect the wife and the BMW are the same thing? So, you can't do both, as Mike recommends?

My advice is to move out, and then divorce her.

But, be sure to move out.

Good luck.

Divorce your wife. Keep the BMW if you can.
