Bullied into guilty plea by DA &P.D.

charged w/armed robbery & gang enhancements. crime occured while a minor.convinced to plead guilty after turning 18 because of his past record & what the DA might dig up that he actually was guilty of.Did not commit this crime. rec'd a 12 year sentence PD had a taped conversation from the actual guilty party admitting to his guilt & that this young man wasn't envolved.DA refused to accept this evidence stating he had a conviction for this crime already-not his problem.Civil rights were violated, ethics breached where do we get help if we can't afford a private attorney?
