Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in California

can i have a case reopened since i was inproperly represented

i was not provided a state court apppointed attorney in a conflict of interest case i had in the same courthouse in the same city 15 years ago can i file an appeal and have some type of recourse in this matter from 2007 i was a passenger not the driver and the car wasnt in my name so how can i get a case for anything that was found in this vehicle help me please

If judgment was entered in 2007 then it is too late to appeal. You may have other remedies available, but your question is not very clear. Did you ask for an appointed lawyer? If not, why not? If so, why didn't you get one? Did you have private counsel? Why do you think your prior case is relevant?
