what can i do if my court appointed attorney fails to file my appeal.it was why he was appointed.

You may need to post more information, such as the nature of the case, when he was appointed, etc. It is not clear whether he failed to file a notice of appeal, or the appellant's opening brief. Some court appointed attorneys file what are known as Wende briefs.
