Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in California
My fianc� has child support garnished monthly. He was not married to her, my question is will my income or wealth be effected if we marry with out a prenuptial agreement?
What should I be aware of?

The child support payments are considered a separate property debt. With your marriage however, the rule is that community property can be reached for a separate property obligation. The best way to protect your earnings is to have them deposited into an account that is in your name, and for which your soon to be husband does not have any withdrawal rights for.
