Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in California
How do I re file a Writ of error Coram Nobis in the San Joaquin County Superior Court??
Apparently, I was supposed to serve the DA's and PD involved before I get a Hearing Date. If I wait around till the hearing date, won't it get denied because I never served them ?? Shouldn't I just start over now so It will be heard before the new fiscal year begins?? Thank's, RICHARD

You re-file the petition in the same manner as the original. It is unclear to me whether you are amending a prior petition, or starting an entirely new writ proceeding.
A petition for any kind of writ will certainly be denied for lack of proof of service, if there is ever an occasion for a judge to review it.
The new fiscal year is irrelevant.
