Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in California

A final decision by a Judge

If a judge makes a decision on a case, dose it go through than you appeal or can you appeal before it goes through ?

My mother had a hearing in March about her IHSS hours and a decision was make in favor. Her worker is going to appeal the Judges decision on the case. Dose the Decision that was made go through and than they can appeal or can they hold the decision until they appeal. We have call the state and no one seems to know any legal step that are needed in this case. The worker stated that this is the first case in or county that is being totally denied by a worker. In need of some one to help!

It sounds like you are talking about an administrative appeal. The state cannot provide you with legal advice about how to proceed. You need to contact an attorney.

Unfortunately, I cannot help you here because you have not indicated the forum in which the case is pending, and the appellate rules are different for each forum.
