I got a fine in the Grand Canyon for not having a hiking permit, a $275 fine, I live in CA and want to contest the fine but cannot afford to travel to AZ to appear in court. What can I do?

You would need to get an attorney, who is licensed in Arizona, to contest the fine. The attorney may cost you more than the fine.
