Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in California
I was framed at work and basically was asked to resign or quit the told me it is better if I resign so that I don't look bad in my employment history..I filled for unemployment and was denied..I do not think it is fair since I did not do anything wrong how can I appeal their decision

Contact them to get instructions on filing an appeal; the department probably has a booklet telling you what to do. A forced resignation is normally treated as being fired; since they did not prove yo did anything wrong there was not a base to fire you so yo should be able to get unemployment benefits. As you do not tell us what the written decision by the hearing officer says, we can not tell you more. There should be a informative book by Nolo Press as to how to handle your matter.
I do not handle such matters so can not give you more advice; I saw that no one else had answered you so felt someone should do so now.
