Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in California
My husband and I are plaintiffs in Pro Per in a civil case, we appeal our case after the trail court, can I reperesting my husband in a "oral argument" in court of appeal?

No. Only lawyers can represent other people. But if the two of you have the same arguments to make the Court will let one of you argue if the other simply joins in the arguments. In fact, it will prefer to hear from only one of you. But if some issues apply only to your husband, he will have to argue those himself.
