My Mother Died When I Was 3. I Am Currently 14. I Need To Get Invisalign/Braces. I Live With My Grandma But Both My Grandma And My Sister Have Custody Of Me. My Sister Lives Out Of State. And I Need To Withdraw The Money From My Mothers Death. My Sister Has The Legal Rights. Not My Grandma. How Should I Go About Doing This?

Hello. I am an attorney with offices in Santa Barbara and Los Angeles.
Your grandmother needs to obtain the money from your sister. If she is having trouble doing so, she needs an attorney to help. If your grandmother is unable to do either of these things for you, please call me. My toll free number is 900-988-4807.
