overpayment wage garnishment

How can I stop SSI from garnishing my wages for overpayment that never happened? I have proof that I never received the money they say I owe. I have appealed this several times and was was denied.

If I were you, I would write a detailed letter to your Senator or U.S. Representative in Congress (www.house.gov or www.senate.gov).

Their people are very experienced at troubleshooting problems like yours.

I know not getting yor SSI check is a hardship for you, and it will probably take several weeks before your Congressmember can fully investigate the matter, but this is the best and fastest way I know of to resolve your problem.
