Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in California

Petition for Writ of Supersedeas

I filed a petition for a writ of supersedeas over a month ago on an appellate case. As of today, I do not have a denial or a grant of the petition. I know that the California Supreme Court has a rule that if they do not rule on a petition within so many days, it is deemed denied. Is there a similar rule for the Courts of Appeal? Has my writ petition been pocket vetoed?

There are no time limits - you can look up the status online. Was there an opposition? All details about the case are listen on the "docket" section.

What is the status of the correlative writ/appeal? YOu can check on that too.
