Right of Publicity!! asap

how would you defend someone who violated the right of publicity by claiming a newsletter to be an official publication of a school? What court cases could be used to defend him as evidence?

Your question cannot be answered in a paragraph or two because the facts are not stated. If you are a defendant, consider tendering the suit to your homeowner's or umbrella insurer, and similar insurance if you are a in a business.

There is no way to answer your question without knowing whose rights you think were violated. I would also need to know what was published, by whom, and in what context. There may be precedents which could be used in your defense, but again I would need to know something about the facts before I could suggest which cases those might be.
