Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in California

I won a small claims action earlier this year and the defendant has appealed. I have proof she lied regarding the ability to get Comcast high speed internet at her (deceased) husband's home, and that's why I had it for our business.

What should I do with this information? The appeal is in April.

When the Defendant appeals a small claims judgment, you have the right to bring an attorney with you to the trial de novo. This is almost always a wise thing to do...
