Can I respond to a eviction with a osc after I have been served a eviction from the sheriff?

What do you mean by "eviction?" Do you mean you were served with the unlawful detainer complaint by the sheriff, or the sheriff has actually served the right to possession documents after the unlawful detainer case is over, telling you to get out of the property?
