i have been unjustly legally restrained in calif. out of respect for mom and and dad did not appear at court hearing can i appeal

What are you going to appeal? You did not appear and present any opposing arguments or facts so how was the judge's ruling against the law? You can try to get the judge to reconsider his/he ruling but I doubt you will succeed as it was your choice.
