Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in California

I need help writing an appeal to the board of review for submitting a late appeal to the ALJ. Need my cases to be reopened

You haven't told us very much about your situation. It would help to know what kind of case this is (unemployment, DMV, professional licensing, etc.), how late your appeal was, and how much time has passed since.
