Bad Check!
My Husband recived a check in the mail for $3,950. There was no letter or anything in it. So when he went to the bank to try to see if it was real, The police arreested him! how long can he be in jail for?

If he is still in jail and has not been able to bail out he will have an arraignment within 72 hours. At that time the court will address the charges and re-visit the issue of bail.
