Legal Question in Banking Law in California
Bank dispute
Hi, my question is regarding a dispute with my bank. They made an unauthorized debit from my account. I made a deposit but they claimed they never received it, but they have no empty envelope proving I did not. However, I have my receipts. I have filed numerous complaints in person w/them, but they have just ignored me. I wanted to know if I can take any legal action.
Thank you
