Bank Levy
Is a Bank or Credit Union (financial institution) required to notify an account holder his/her account has been levied by a party?
If so what it the time frame required?

Re: Bank Levy
No, but the sheriff is required to notify you by mail at your last known address. You have the obligation to keep your address current with the court where the judgment was entered. The money is held for 20 days after notice is sent.
