How do you appeal claim of exemption when it's denied.

A denial of a claim of exemption is not an appealable order. You would have to file a petition for writ of mandate with a higher court. Your chances of success are less than 10% and your time to file is very short (10 days I believe), so you are most likely wasting your time.
