Legal Question in Banking Law in California
The buisness i work for has a problem with having funds availible so everyone takes their checks to the companys bank to cash them so that they dont bounce. The new bank is charging a $5 non customer fee. Is this legal in California? I know there was a class action suit back in I believe 2005. Any help please.
