Legal Question in Banking Law in California
Count Orders
At the age of five I got money from a dog bite case and It was put into a court order blocked account in California. In order for me to withdraw it I must file a new order to withdraw funds. Question: Must I file the court order in the same state as the first court order?
Texas Being the state I'm in now.

Re: Count Orders
The original order should say that you are entitled to the $ at age 18. Take it to the bank or send it to the bank with a notarized copy of your drivers license. Tell the bank you will sue for your attorney fees if you have to get another order. Demand an accounting of all interest paid.
