Legal Question in Banking Law in California
I've just been denied for a loan modification after being ran-around for 7 1/2 months.I know i am eligible for this. Is there anybody "watchdogging" the banks for rejecting help to the homeowners, for which they have recieved a substantial amount of bail-out money to do just that?

No. You might consider contacting your member of Congress, who might be up for re-election this year.
