Legal Question in Banking Law in California

I deposited a check into my account funds cleared threw the drawing bank and my bank closed my account and refuses to give me my funds

There obviously is some reason you have not mentioned as to why your bank closed the account; they do not do so just because a check bounced, which you said it did not. We can not answer your question without knowing more details.
