Legal Question in Banking Law in California
Evergreen Clause
Wells Fargo is stating I must give them notice to end a lease wit no more than 180 days, but no less then 120 notice by ceritified mail. Are their laws overriding this in california? Many have told me that 30 days is sufficient.

You didn't say what type of lease (residential, commercial) and you didn't give any other facts.
