Legal Question in Banking Law in California
I am the executor of an estate a bank gave away an account belonging to the deceased to a fraudster claiming to be part of living trust. There is no living trust the account was not in the living trust. Can I sue this Bank to recover these funds. They violated their own policy and state law.

Sure. You can sue. You'll have to prove what you said is true and that the bank in fact failed to follow policy and law.
