Legal Question in Banking Law in California
If someone has extra cash deposited into there account and they take it out is that a crime or will it be a bad mark on the credit?

Do you mean cash that is not theirs that is accidentally deposited into their account? If that is what you mean, it may be a crime and it definitely will be a serious bad mark on their credit if they take that money that they know is not theirs. Bank accounts and ATM's are not slot machines. You only get what you put in back. If you take more that has been put there by accident, you are in for big trouble.
