fdic short changed me due to title of my account at indymac bank

need a attrrney that knows the legal regarding fdic rules

bank cannot provide me a copy of my signature card regarding titiling of my account

I would be happy to look at the situation if you would please provide more facts: How much of your deposit was claimed by FDIC as uninsured? What was the title of the account as shown on the bank statements? What did you think the title was?
