Legal Question in Banking Law in California
Forged loan documents
After reviewing my 2nd mortgage documents, I relaized that a loan processor had forged both my wife and my signature on a portion of the loan documents. What are my rights? Do I seek legal action etc? Thanks!

You sue him for it. Can you prove it? Were the documents notarized? What are your damages?
