Legal Question in Banking Law in California
fraud
i was workin for a company they paid
me submitted and recieved a check
,deposit into my checkin 1 1/2 wk
later no funds in the check an i had
pulled out money to pay bills an buy
groceries and now the bank tells to to
pay back and i do not have money i
need help.. i think they sould go after
the compay that gave me the ckeck
plus they are base in Canada.......

I hope you are the last person to take a "job" cashing bogus checks for strangers. You need to pay the bank back their money.
