I am a full time student. May I file bankruptcy including my student loans while I�m still a student?

James, you must include your student loans and all other debts in a bankruptcy. More than likely, though, your student loan debts will not be discharged, since they're probably in forbearance now, and you will be capable of beginning to pay them back once you enter your professional work life.
