Legal Question in Banking Law in California
If I live in Ca. and had a judgement against me...awarded in CA. can they attach a bank account I have in Arizona?

Yes. The process is a little cumbersome, but not complicated, for them to get a court order for enforcement of a California judgment in any state where you have assets.
