Legal Question in Banking Law in California
a major american bank holds 1st position on my parcel for one single family residence construction. they refuse to give me a construction loan even though it's a profitable development. i am about to lose the parcel to the bank. what can i do? I AM A GENERAL CONTRACTOR.
