Legal Question in Banking Law in California
Overdraft protection
Is there anything illegal about using your banks overdraft protection, writing checks when you dont have the money in the bank, but you know that the bank will pay it, because of your overdraft protection, and constantly over drawing your account, until the next payday?

I don't think it's illegal, or against your agreement with the bank (have you read it?) But the extra interest and fees add up over time. Try visiting www.suzeorman.com .
