Legal Question in Banking Law in California
i owed my former bank $500- from a credit card from which they agreed to accept $300 as payment in full i paid $200 of the 300 then i got laid off from my job . i told the bank this but they began to tack on interest etc. Now i am back working and i want to pay them back except i want to do it in pennies . They told me they will not accept it unless its rolled . I want to carry in the $220- in pennies which they will refuse . what can i do after this point???
much appreciated / Mick

You can keep paying interest on it until you get a grip and pay them in bills or a check.
