Legal Question in Banking Law in California
I owed a personal line of credit that i have been stuggling to make payments. I have not been making much money lately so i have been avoiding to pay them becouse i have no moeny. i got a letter from the bank saying that they have deducted 2200.00 from my account which is for my bills.. and now i dont know what to do... can they take my money without sending a formal notice?? now im in trouble becouse im short of funds to pay my monthly debts.. do i have rights here? can i negotiate now they they have the upper hand? Please help.....
