Is it possible to obtain power of attorney over a check
I put away for my son 5 years ago? I havent seen my child for 5 years and have know Idea where he is. I need to put this in a bank but it is made out to him.

You need his signature on the Power of Attorney, so you might as well just get him to sign the check.
