Legal Question in Banking Law in California
I purchased something over the internet but the merchant charged my credit card and the payment posted to my account and I do not have the merchandise and the merchant keeps giving me wrong tracking numnbers and I cannot track the package what can I do it already posted to my account

File a dispute with your credit card company.

Mr. Cohen is right, file a dispute in writing with your card company. They are then obligated to reverse the charge pending investigation. The merchant will then have to prove that the goods were delivered to you, or the charge will be permenantly reversed.
