Legal Question in Banking Law in California
If I purchased a item for a friend and she agreed to pay back and so far she has paid in small installments for the past 2-3 years. but here is the tricky part,,,,, She still is alive and her account is still solely under her name and still active and I have not heard from her lately so can I pay myself using her ABA Routing # and Checking Account #

Absolutely not. That would be a crime. In order to legally take money out of her account you must sue on the debt, obtain a judgement and then have the court levy the account.
