Legal Question in Banking Law in California
I have a question about bank errors. i recently went to a bank to cash a 41 dollar check and was returned 4100 from the teller. I did not say anything, because I'm extremely nervous. I can't pay the money back, I don't have it anymore, but they are calling me, and I don't know what to say because I figure they will try to put me in jail anyway. What will happen?

You spent $4059 that you knew wasn't yours? Turn yourself in and ask for the chance to make payments. You might avoid jail time.
