Legal Question in Banking Law in California
Returned Check Fee Law
I am searching for an answer on the California laws regarding charging a customer a NSF Fee when a check is returned to our company unpaid. Do we have to have written documentations saying that there will be a Returned Check Fee? If you know of a link that maybe would have a detailed description of the law, I would greatly appreciate it.
