Legal Question in Banking Law in California

While serving in the army in germany I deposited in a german account into a cd, The cd matured in june 2010 and the bank are still refusing to pay me, please help what can i do they say that they will give me a tracking number and they never do, I am now back in california as my army term has finished.

There must be a German banking authority whom you could contact. You might also speak with the military liaison in Germany about how to handle this situation. Finally, if you have a U.S. bank account, you may speak with a banking executive here who can communicate directly with the German bank and assist you with the transfer.
