Legal Question in Banking Law in California
can I subpoena my bank login history for my own account without a court case? I've had logins that are not mine, I want to see how far back they go, and the IP address connected to them. the bank said I can not get them without a subpoena, but I do not have a legal case at this time. how do I get this information? thank you!
