Legal Question in Banking Law in California
sue a bank
found not guilty in a three month trial now i would like too sue bank, due to internet scam, check was involved! they could have prevented situation. Someone is liable for what happen, beside my own misjugde of character.

You haven't told me the facts but I know the scam. There's a federal law that says banks have to clear cashier's checks, even seemingly bogus ones, in one business day, and they can't question or discriminate against them. If this describes you then, no, you don't have a case.
