Legal Question in Banking Law in California
i had my truck repossed because my loan was bought by a different bank they
wanted me to sign a new extension that they added interest to
i refused so they repossed my truck my payments are all up date i have never missed a payment!
is it legal for them to do
i only have 10 payment to finish my loan
when i contected then they told me to sing the extension & they would give me my truck back

The buyer of your loan doesn't have the right to unilaterally change the terms. You could have a good lawsuit for unfair debt collection practices. If you win the suit your attorney fees would be paid for. Start calling attorneys and watch out for legal time limits.
